Gouri is a liquid polycaprolactone (PCL) collagen stimulator made by Dexlevo in South Korea. Each box holds one 1 mL pre-filled syringe. The PCL is fully dissolved, with no microparticles, so it needs no mixing and spreads through the tissue from a few injection points. Clinics use it for whole-face firmness, fine lines and skin quality.
It ships from Seoul in the original box. Contact us for trade pricing.
What is Gouri made of?
Gouri is made of polycaprolactone, a biodegradable polymer long used in medicine. Trade data lists the concentration as 210 mg/mL (21%). Dexlevo's solubilising technology, called CESABP, keeps the PCL in liquid form instead of as solid microspheres.
There is no hyaluronic acid and no lidocaine in the syringe. Gouri cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase.
Gouri vs powder biostimulators — what is the difference?
Gouri is ready to use and particle-free. Powder products must be hydrated and contain solid particles.
| Product | Polymer | Pack | Form |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gouri (this page) | Liquid PCL | 1 mL pre-filled syringe | Ready to use, no mixing |
| JuveLook | PDLLA + HA | 50 mg vial | Powder, hydrated before use |
| AestheFill | PDLLA + CMC | 200 mg vial | Powder, hydrated before use |
| Olidia | PLLA | 365 mg vial | Powder, hydrated before use |
| PCL Power Booster | PCL | 2 mL vial | Liquid, no mixing |
Because it has no particles, Gouri is used for overall skin tightening, not for building volume in one spot.
How is Gouri used?
Gouri is injected at a small number of set points on each side of the face and left to spread. The published technique uses five points per side, placed from the deep dermis to the subcutaneous layer with a fine needle (30G or thinner).
| Stage | Reference plan |
|---|---|
| Initial course | 3 sessions, about 4 weeks apart |
| Injection points | 5 per side of the face |
| First visible change | Often within 1–2 weeks |
| Maintenance | 1–2 sessions every 6–12 months |
These are reference figures. The volume per point and per session follows the manufacturer's instructions for use and the clinician's judgement.
How long does Gouri last?
The effect builds over the course as collagen forms. Trade information reports results lasting around 6 to 12 months after a full course. This varies with the patient's age, skin and lifestyle.
How should Gouri be stored?
Store the sealed syringe at room temperature as printed on the box, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Use it before the printed expiry date. Each syringe is for one patient and one session.
