Frequently asked questions

What clinics, doctors and distributors ask us before their first order.

Which Korean filler brands can I buy in one place?

Korean Aesthetic stocks five hyaluronic-acid filler brands — Revolax, Neuramis, Chaeum Premium, Elravie and Yvoire — plus Rejuran skin boosters and the Kabelline and Lemon Bottle lipolytics, all in a single checkout. Most overseas suppliers carry one or two of these lines; we carry the full line-up of each, so a clinic can order its whole Korean shelf from one order.

  • Revolax — Fine, Deep and Sub-Q
  • Neuramis — Light, Deep, Volume and the Lidocaine versions of each
  • Chaeum Premium — No. 1 to No. 4
  • Elravie — Premier Light-LC, Deep Line-LC, Ultra Volume-L (1 ml and 2 ml), and Elravie Balance skin booster
  • Yvoire — Classic Plus, Contour Plus, Volume Plus
  • Rejuran — Healer, I, S and HB
  • Kabelline and Lemon Bottle — fat-dissolving solutions
  • Also in store: body fillers, topical anaesthetic creams (S-Cain, Muchcaine, Neo-Cain, Beracaine) and hyaluronidase (Liporase, Hyalase)

Are Korean dermal fillers FDA-approved?

No. The Korean brands we sell are approved in South Korea by the MFDS (often called the Korean FDA) and several carry a CE mark for Europe, but they are not approved by the US FDA. The FDA's own guidance is that dermal fillers are medical device implants approved by the FDA and that products bought online may not be approved for use in the US, so it is the buyer's responsibility to check the rules in their own country before ordering.

We do not describe any product as "FDA-approved" unless it is. Where a manufacturer publishes its approvals we quote them — for example, Rejuran's CE MDR certification was obtained in 2024 — and where we cannot confirm one we leave it out.

What is the difference between Revolax Fine, Deep and Sub-Q?

The three Revolax fillers differ in viscosity, which sets how deep they are placed and how long they last; all three contain 24 mg/ml of hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine in a 1.1 ml syringe. The manufacturer, Medyglobal, positions Fine for the superficial dermis, Deep for the mid-to-deep dermis and Sub-Q for the deep subcutaneous layer.

Revolax Intended layer (per manufacturer) Stated duration HA / lidocaine
Fine Superficial and upper dermis 8–12 months 24 mg/ml / 0.3%
Deep Middle or deep dermis / subcutaneous 12–18 months 24 mg/ml / 0.3%
Sub-Q Deep subcutaneous layer 12–18 months 24 mg/ml / 0.3%

Durations are the manufacturer's figures; individual results vary based on metabolism, lifestyle, treatment area and technique. Injection technique and dosing are decided by the treating practitioner, not by us.

Which Korean skin boosters do you stock?

We stock the full Rejuran range — Healer, I, S and HB — alongside Elravie Balance and other Korean biorevitalisers. Rejuran is made by PharmaResearch in Gangneung, Korea, and its active ingredient is polynucleotide (PN) — highly purified DNA fragments derived from wild salmon (Oncorhynchus keta).

If you run skin-quality treatments alongside volume work, the Rejuran collection is the place to start; each product page lists the volume per syringe and the storage conditions the manufacturer specifies.

Which fat-dissolving injections do you sell?

Two: Kabelline and Lemon Bottle. Both are Korean-made fat-dissolving solutions and are supplied for professional use only.

Because these products are the subject of regulatory notices in some countries, each product page states the warnings we are aware of. Please read them before ordering, and check that the product may be imported and used where you practise.

Can I use Korean fillers with a Hyaluron pen?

We recommend against it, and we sell our fillers for needle injection by trained professionals only. The American Academy of Dermatology states that the FDA has not approved any of the devices or fillers sold online for needle-free injection, and lists blindness, tissue death from a blocked vessel, stroke, infection and scarring among the reported harms.

If you are a licensed practitioner who has decided to use a needle-free device, that is your professional decision; the product itself — the filler syringe — is the same product we sell for standard injection. We do not supply Hyaluron pens, pen ampoules or instructions for using them.

Do you sell wholesale to clinics and distributors?

Yes. Clinic owners, doctors and distributors who order in quantity can request wholesale pricing, and because we ship from Seoul the price you see is the direct-from-Korea price rather than an importer's markup.

Tell us the brands and monthly volume you need and we will reply with a quote. Distributors reselling in their own country are responsible for local registration and import requirements.

How long does shipping from Korea take, and how do I pay?

Orders ship from Seoul with tracking and typically arrive in 4–21 working days depending on destination and customs. You place the order without paying; our support team then contacts you within 24 hours to arrange payment.

If anything about your order is unclear, contact us before it ships rather than after.
