Super V-Line Solution (also sold as Super V-Line Sol) is a Korean contouring solution for the lower face. Each box holds five 10 mL vials. The formula is built on horse chestnut extract and L-carnitine, with walnut seed extract and tyrosine. Clinics use it for the cheeks, jawline and the area under the chin.

What is Super V-Line Solution made of?

It is a plant-extract formula, not a phosphatidylcholine (PPC) or deoxycholic acid solution. The ingredients listed for the product are:

• Horse chestnut extract (Aesculus hippocastanum) — the lead botanical ingredient.
• L-carnitine — an amino acid derivative involved in moving fatty acids into cells for energy.
• Walnut seed extract (Juglans regia).
• Tyrosine — an amino acid.
• Thermus thermophilus ferment.
• Sodium chloride, disodium EDTA, phenoxyethanol and butylene glycol as the base.

The label does not give a percentage for each ingredient, so none are quoted here. There is no lidocaine in the vial.
