QT Sub-Q Filler (QT Fill Plus Sub-Q) is the firmest gel in the QT Fill Plus range of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers, made by S.Thepharm Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Each box holds one pre-filled syringe with 24 mg/mL cross-linked HA and 0.3% lidocaine. It is made for deep folds and for adding volume and shape to the cheeks, chin, jawline and nose.

What is QT Sub-Q Filler made of?
It is cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at 24 mg/mL with lidocaine hydrochloride at 3 mg/mL (0.3%), in a phosphate buffer at pH 6.8–7.5.
S.Thepharm makes the gel with its UHD (Ultra High Density) cross-linking process. It combines chemical cross-linking, using a small amount of BDDE, with a physical cross-linking step. The aim is a dense, elastic gel with little leftover cross-linker.
What is QT Sub-Q Filler used for?
It is used where the gel has to lift tissue and keep its shape:
- Cheek volume and mid-face lift
- Chin projection and jawline definition
- Nose shaping
- Deep nasolabial folds and marionette lines
It is too firm for fine lines. Use QT Fine or QT Plus AQ near the surface.
How is QT Sub-Q Filler injected?
It is placed in the deep dermis or the subcutaneous layer, with a 25G needle or a blunt cannula. Aspirate before you inject, go slowly and build volume in stages. Follow the instructions for use in the box.
Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. We stock Liporase for this.
How long does QT Sub-Q Filler last?
Firm gels placed deep usually last around a year, sometimes longer. Area, volume and the patient all change the result.
How should QT Sub-Q Filler be stored?
Store it at the temperature range printed on the box, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Check the expiry date before use.
