QT Fine Filler (QT Fill Plus Fine) is the soft gel in the QT Fill Plus range of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers, made by S.Thepharm Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Each box holds one pre-filled syringe with 24 mg/mL cross-linked HA and 0.3% lidocaine. It is made for fine lines and for careful lip work.

What is QT Fine Filler made of?
It is cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at 24 mg/mL with lidocaine hydrochloride at 3 mg/mL (0.3%), in a phosphate buffer at pH 6.8–7.5.
S.Thepharm makes the gel with its UHD (Ultra High Density) cross-linking process. It combines chemical cross-linking, using a small amount of BDDE, with a physical cross-linking step. The aim is an elastic gel with little leftover cross-linker.
What is QT Fine Filler used for?
It is used in thin, mobile skin where a soft gel blends in best:
- Crow's feet and other lines around the eyes
- Fine lines around the mouth
- Lip border and subtle lip shaping
- Other fine, shallow facial lines
For fuller lip volume or nasolabial folds, QT Deep gives more support.
How is QT Fine Filler injected?
It is placed in the superficial to mid dermis with a 30G needle. Use small amounts and slow, even pressure. Follow the instructions for use in the box.
For lips, many clinics apply a topical numbing cream first, even though the gel contains lidocaine.
How long does QT Fine Filler last?
Soft gels in fine lines and lips usually last several months. Mobile areas fade sooner. Area, volume and the patient all change the result.
How should QT Fine Filler be stored?
Store it at the temperature range printed on the box, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Check the expiry date before use.
