Liporase Hyaluronidase is a freeze-dried hyaluronidase powder for injection, made by Daehan New Pharm Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Each vial holds 1,500 IU, and each box holds 10 vials. What is Liporase made of?

Each vial contains 1,500 IU of hyaluronidase with 13.3 mg of lactose hydrate as a stabiliser. It is a dry powder. You add saline just before use. Needles and syringes are not included.

How does Liporase work?

Liporase splits hyaluronic acid chains into small fragments that the body clears. It also makes tissue more permeable for a short time, so injected fluids spread more easily. It starts acting soon after injection, and clinicians usually judge the result over the next 24–48 hours.

What is Liporase used for?

Hyaluronidase is a spreading agent that helps injected fluids disperse. In aesthetic practice, clinicians use it to dissolve HA filler that is misplaced, overfilled or uneven, to clear old filler before re-treatment, and in the emergency management of filler-related vascular occlusion. The clinician decides the use and dose.

How do you reconstitute a 1,500 IU vial?

Add sterile 0.9% saline and swirl gently until the powder dissolves. Do not shake. Clinics commonly use 3 to 5 mL. The volume sets the units per 0.1 mL:

Store as printed on the box, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not freeze. After adding saline, use the solution promptly.
