Chaeum Premium 3 is the firm gel in the Chaeum Premium range of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers from Hugel, South Korea. Each box holds two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes with 20 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine, plus four 25G needles. It is made for deep folds and for shaping the nose, chin and mid-face.

What is Chaeum Premium 3 made of?
Chaeum Premium 3 is 20 mg/mL cross-linked hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine. The HA is non-animal and cross-linked with BDDE into a dense, monophasic gel. It is the third of four firmness steps in the range.
Hugel cross-links the gel slowly at low temperature and then purifies it by long dialysis. This is designed to give an even gel with low leftover BDDE and low endotoxin, and a steady push on the plunger.
What is Chaeum Premium 3 used for?
It is used where the gel must hold its shape against deeper folds or give light structure:
