Chaeum Premium 4 is the firmest gel in the Chaeum Premium range of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers from Hugel, South Korea. Each box holds two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes with 20 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine, plus four 23G needles. It is made for volume and face contouring under the skin.

What is Chaeum Premium 4 made of?
Chaeum Premium 4 is 20 mg/mL cross-linked hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine. The HA is non-animal and cross-linked with BDDE into a dense, monophasic gel. It is the most tightly cross-linked of the four, so it holds shape the best.
Hugel cross-links the gel slowly at low temperature and then purifies it by long dialysis. This is designed to give an even gel with low leftover BDDE and low endotoxin, and a steady push on the plunger even with a firm gel.
What is Chaeum Premium 4 used for?
It is used to add volume and to shape the face, not to fill surface lines:
- Cheek and cheekbone volume
- Chin shaping and correction
- Temple and forehead volume
- General face contouring
It is too firm for fine lines or lips. Use Chaeum Premium 1 or 2 there.
How is Chaeum Premium 4 injected?
It is placed subcutaneously, with the 23G needle supplied or a blunt cannula. Aspirate before you inject and go slowly. Build volume in stages and reassess, since a firm gel is harder to mould once placed. Follow the instructions for use in the box.
How long does Chaeum Premium 4 last?
Firm gels placed deep usually last a year or more. Area, volume and the patient all change the result.
