Chaeum Premium 2 is the soft-to-medium gel in the Chaeum Premium range of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers from Hugel, South Korea. Each box holds two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes with 20 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine, plus four 27G needles. It is made for moderate lines and for lip shaping and volume.

What is Chaeum Premium 2 made of?
Chaeum Premium 2 is 20 mg/mL cross-linked hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine. The HA is non-animal and cross-linked with BDDE into a smooth, monophasic gel.
Hugel cross-links the gel slowly at low temperature and then purifies it by long dialysis. This is designed to give an even gel with low leftover BDDE and low endotoxin.
What is Chaeum Premium 2 used for?
It is used where the skin needs more support than a fine-line gel can give, but still has to move naturally:
- Lip contouring and lip volume

How is Chaeum Premium 2 injected?
It is placed in the mid dermis, or the lip submucosa, with the 27G needle supplied. Inject slowly in small amounts and aspirate where vessels are close. Follow the instructions for use in the box.
For lips, many clinics apply a topical numbing cream first, even though the gel contains lidocaine.
How long does Chaeum Premium 2 last?
Results usually last from several months up to about a year. Lips move a lot, so they tend to fade sooner than static lines. Area, volume and the patient all change the result.
