Hyalase® 1500 I.U. is a sterile, freeze-dried powder containing hyaluronidase, an enzyme that temporarily depolymerizes hyaluronic acid in the extracellular matrix. This action enhances the permeability of connective tissues, facilitating the dispersion and absorption of co-administered injectables. It is commonly utilized in aesthetic medicine to dissolve hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and to improve the efficacy of subcutaneous or intramuscular injections.

Formulation

Each ampoule contains:

• Active Ingredient: Hyaluronidase 1500 International Units (I.U.)

• Form: White, sterile, freeze-dried powder for solution

• Solvent: To be reconstituted with approximately 1 ml of water for injections or directly in the solution with which Hyalase® is to be combined .
