Elasty G Plus is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler with lidocaine, made by Dongbang Medical Co., Ltd. in South Korea. It is the firmest gel of the Elasty range, made for deep folds, facial volume and contouring. It is listed as 24 mg/mL HA with 0.3% lidocaine, and two 1 mL pre-filled syringes per box.

What is Elasty G Plus made of?
Elasty G Plus is non-animal hyaluronic acid, cross-linked into a dense monophasic gel, with lidocaine mixed in. Dongbang Medical makes it with a process it calls PNET, short for Preserved Natural Entanglement Technology. The maker says this keeps more of the natural tangling of the HA chains, so the gel is elastic and holds together well.
The lidocaine numbs the area as you inject, so the patient feels less discomfort.
What is Elasty G Plus used for?
It is used in the deep dermis or the subcutaneous layer to add volume and shape. Common areas are the cheeks, chin, jawline and nose, plus deep nasolabial folds. A firm gel holds its form under tissue, which is what gives lift and projection.
It is too firm for fine surface lines. Use Elasty F Plus there.
How long does Elasty G Plus last?
