Dermalax Implant Plus is the firmest hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler in the Dermalax range, made by Across Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Each box holds two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes with 24 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine. It is made for deep placement, where the aim is to add volume and shape.

What is Dermalax Implant Plus made of?
Dermalax Implant Plus is non-animal hyaluronic acid, cross-linked with BDDE into a dense monophasic gel. It holds 24 mg of HA per mL, the same as Deep Plus, but the gel is firmer so it keeps its shape under tissue. It also contains 0.3% lidocaine for comfort during injection.
Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. We stock Liporase for this.
What is Dermalax Implant Plus used for?
It is used in the deep dermis or the subcutaneous layer to build volume and contour. Common areas are the cheeks, chin, jawline and nose, plus very deep folds. It is too firm for fine surface lines and is not the usual choice for lips.
How long does Dermalax Implant Plus last?
