What is Dermalax Deep Plus made of?
Dermalax Deep Plus is non-animal hyaluronic acid, cross-linked with BDDE into a smooth monophasic gel. The gel holds 24 mg of HA per mL. It also contains 0.3% lidocaine, which numbs the area as you inject.
Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if placement needs correcting. We stock Liporase for this.
What is Dermalax Deep Plus used for?
It is used in the mid to deep dermis to fill moderate and deep folds. Common areas are nasolabial folds, marionette lines and the lips. It is firm enough to hold a fold open, yet soft enough for areas that move.
