What is Rejeunesse Deep made of?
Rejeunesse Deep is non-animal hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL, cross-linked with BDDE. NewMedic makes it with its UPHEC process, a multi-stage purification step that is meant to leave very little residual cross-linker in the finished gel. All three Rejeunesse gels share the same HA concentration; what changes is how firm the gel is.
The 0.3% lidocaine mixed into the gel eases discomfort as you inject. For sensitive areas, many clinics still apply a topical numbing cream first.
