Rejeunesse Shape is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler made by NewMedic Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Each box holds one 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe with 24 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine. What is Rejeunesse Shape made of?
Rejeunesse Shape is non-animal hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL, cross-linked with BDDE. NewMedic makes it with its UPHEC process, a multi-stage purification step that is meant to leave very little residual cross-linker in the finished gel. All three Rejeunesse gels share the same HA concentration; what changes is how firm the gel is.
The 0.3% lidocaine mixed into the gel eases discomfort as you inject. For sensitive areas, many clinics still apply a topical numbing cream first.

Rejeunesse Shape is the firmest gel of the range, made to lift and hold a contour. Doctors use it for cheek and cheekbone volume, chin projection, jawline definition, temples and non-surgical nose shaping. It is too firm for superficial lines.

Rejeunesse Shape is injected into the deep dermis to subcutaneous layer. Supplier information lists two 26G needles in the box; many injectors prefer a blunt cannula for contour work. Inject slowly and in small amounts. As with every HA filler, placement can be corrected with hyaluronidase such as Liporase.
