Secret Rose Plus is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler made by QH Bio in South Korea. Each box holds one 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe with 24 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine. It is used to soften facial wrinkles and folds and to restore lost volume.

What is Secret Rose Plus made of?
Secret Rose Plus is non-animal hyaluronic acid, cross-linked with BDDE into a clear, smooth gel. The HA concentration is 24 mg/mL. The gel also carries 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride, a local anaesthetic that eases discomfort as you inject.
QH Bio describes the gel as monophasic, with a purification step designed to lower leftover cross-linker. In practice that means an even gel that flows steadily through a fine needle.

How is Secret Rose Plus used?
It is injected into the dermis with a fine needle or cannula, using the depth that matches the gel type. Inject slowly and in small amounts, and aspirate before deeper placement. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for use in the box.
Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if placement needs correcting. We stock Liporase and Hyalase for this.
How long does Secret Rose Plus last?
Results usually last from several months to over a year. Softer gels in mobile areas such as the lips fade sooner. Firmer gels placed deeper hold longer. Area, volume and the patient's metabolism all change the result.
