Revolax filler is a monophasic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler made by Across Co., Ltd. in South Korea, supplied with 0.3% lidocaine in a 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe. It comes in three gel firmnesses — Fine, Deep and Sub-Q — which share the same 24 mg/mL HA concentration and differ only in how thick the gel is and how deep it is meant to sit.
All three are stocked here at the same price and ship direct from Seoul. Select your type above to order, or ask us about trade pricing.
Which Revolax should you use — Fine, Deep or Sub-Q?
Choose by injection depth, not by strength. Fine sits in the superficial dermis, Deep in the mid-to-deep dermis, and Sub-Q in the subcutaneous layer — the hyaluronic acid concentration is identical across all three, so the decision is entirely about how firm a gel the tissue plane needs.
| Fine | Deep | Sub-Q | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gel firmness | Softest | Medium | Firmest |
| Injection layer | Superficial to upper dermis | Mid-to-deep dermis | Subcutaneous |
| Needles included | 2 × 30G | 2 × 27G | 2 × 25G |
| Typical use | Fine lines, crow's feet, tear trough, lip border | Nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lip body | Cheek, chin and jaw projection, nose |
| HA concentration | 24 mg/mL | 24 mg/mL | 24 mg/mL |
| Lidocaine | 0.3% | 0.3% | 0.3% |
| Volume | 1.1 mL | 1.1 mL | 1.1 mL |
The needle gauge in the box is the quickest tell. A 30G needle exists because Fine is meant to go shallow; a 25G needle exists because Sub-Q is too thick to push through anything finer. If you find yourself fighting the plunger, you are almost certainly in the wrong plane for that gel.
What is Revolax made of?
Revolax is cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride, produced by bacterial fermentation rather than from animal tissue. The cross-linker is BDDE (1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether), the same agent used across most of the HA filler market, at residual levels Across describes as undetectable.
It is a monophasic gel — one continuous, homogeneous phase rather than a suspension of discrete particles. In practice this is why it extrudes evenly, and why the three types feel like one product family at different densities rather than three unrelated gels.
Because it is hyaluronic acid, it is reversible: hyaluronidase dissolves it if placement needs correcting, which is the safety margin that keeps HA the default choice over permanent alternatives. We stock hyaluronidase products for exactly that reason.
What does each type actually treat?
Each type maps to a tissue depth and a job: Fine softens surface lines, Deep fills folds, Sub-Q rebuilds projection. Using a firmer gel than the plane needs is the usual cause of palpable lumps and a bluish Tyndall effect near the surface.
Revolax Fine
The softest of the three, placed superficially. It is the type reached for on forehead lines, glabellar lines, crow's feet, perioral lines and neck lines, and it is the only one of the three appropriate for delicate work such as the tear trough. The 30G needles in the box are there for precisely this reason.
Revolax Deep
The general-purpose workhorse, and the one most clinics order most of. It handles nasolabial folds, marionette lines and the body of the lip, sitting in the mid-to-deep dermis where there is enough tissue above it to keep the result invisible. If you stock one Revolax, it is usually this one.
Revolax Sub-Q
The firmest gel in the range, placed subcutaneously where projection is the goal rather than line correction. Cheek and chin augmentation, jawline definition and non-surgical rhinoplasty are its territory. That firmness is what holds a structural result — and what makes it entirely unsuitable anywhere superficial.
How long does Revolax last?
Deep and Sub-Q are stated to last approximately 12 to 18 months, with duration depending on placement depth, the mobility of the treated area and individual metabolism. Fine is a lighter gel placed in more mobile superficial tissue and generally resorbs sooner — published figures for Fine vary between roughly 9 and 18 months depending on the source, so it is worth setting patient expectations at the lower end of that range.
Mobile areas break filler down faster. A lip treated with Fine will not last as long as a chin treated with Sub-Q regardless of what the carton says, and that has far more to do with muscle movement than with product quality.
Why does the lidocaine matter?
All three types have 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride pre-mixed into the gel, so anaesthetic is delivered as the filler is placed rather than as a separate step. It reduces injection discomfort without changing how the gel handles.
It is not a substitute for topical preparation on sensitive areas. Most clinics still apply a topical numbing cream before lip and tear-trough work, and treat the lidocaine in the gel as the second layer of comfort rather than the only one.
Why does the box say "Not intended for sale in EU"?
Every box in this batch carries a "Not intended for sale in EU" marking, which means the stock was manufactured for markets outside the European Union rather than for EU distribution. It is a statement about where the product was released for sale, not about its quality or its manufacturing origin.
We would rather you read that here than find it on the carton. If you are importing into an EU jurisdiction, check your own regulatory position before ordering — talk to us first and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot ship to your market.
What comes in the box, and how is it stored?
Each unit is a single 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe with two needles matched to the type, stored between 2 and 25 °C. Stated shelf life is approximately 24 months from manufacture when stored correctly.
Keep boxes sealed and out of direct sunlight, and never freeze them — freezing damages the gel structure irreversibly. Let a refrigerated syringe come up to room temperature before injecting; a cold gel is noticeably harder to extrude and harder to place accurately.

Revolax FAQ
Who manufactures Revolax?
Across Co., Ltd., in South Korea. Every box we ship is original Across packaging sourced through Korean supply channels.
Is Revolax the same HA concentration in all three types?
Yes — Fine, Deep and Sub-Q are all 24 mg/mL cross-linked hyaluronic acid. Only the gel firmness and intended injection depth differ.
Does Revolax contain lidocaine?
Yes. All three types contain 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride pre-mixed into the gel.
Which Revolax is best for lips?
Fine for the lip border and fine perioral lines, Deep for adding body to the lip itself. Sub-Q is too firm for lip tissue.
Can Revolax be dissolved?
Yes. It is a hyaluronic acid filler, so hyaluronidase will break it down if placement needs correcting.
What needles are included?
Two per box, matched to the type: 30G with Fine, 27G with Deep and 25G with Sub-Q.
How should Revolax be stored?
Sealed between 2 and 25 °C, away from direct sunlight. Never freeze it.
Can I order Revolax wholesale?
Yes. Clinic and distributor pricing is available on volume — contact us with your quantities and destination market.
