Bellast Soft L is a light cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler made by Dongkook Pharmaceutical in South Korea. Each box holds one 1 mL pre-filled syringe with 18 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine, plus two 30G needles. It is the fine-line gel of the Bellast range, made for thin skin and shallow wrinkles.

What is Bellast Soft L made of?
Bellast Soft L is non-animal hyaluronic acid, cross-linked into a soft, clear gel at 18 mg/mL. It also contains 0.3% lidocaine (3 mg/mL) to make the injection more comfortable.
The lower HA concentration gives a lighter gel that spreads evenly near the skin surface. Like any HA filler, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase such as Liporase.
What is Bellast Soft L used for?
Bellast Soft L is used for fine wrinkles and facial lines. Typical areas are:
- Crow's feet and other periorbital lines
- Perioral (smoker's) lines
- Fine lines around the nose and mouth
- Subtle lip volume
It is placed in the superficial to mid dermis. It is too light for deep folds or contouring — Bellast L and Bellast Plus cover those.
How long does Bellast Soft L last?
Reported duration is roughly 6 to 12 months. Light gels placed near the surface in mobile areas, such as around the mouth, tend to sit at the shorter end of that range.
How should Bellast Soft L be stored?
Store Bellast Soft L at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and do not freeze it. Follow the temperature range and expiry date printed on the box. Each syringe is for single use.
