Elravie Premier Ultra Volume-L (1 x 2.0 mL) is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler made by Humedix Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Each box holds one 2 mL pre-filled syringe with 23 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine. It is the firmest gel in the Elravie Premier range, in a larger syringe for contouring work that needs more volume.

1 mL or 2 mL — which Ultra Volume-L syringe?
Pick the 2 mL syringe when one patient needs more than 1 mL in a session. The gel is identical; only the fill volume differs.

How does Ultra Volume-L compare with the rest of the range?
Ultra Volume-L is the deep, structural gel. Light-LC is the soft gel for fine lines in the upper dermis. Deep Line-LC is the medium gel for nasolabial folds, marionette lines and lips. All three share the same HA concentration and lidocaine content.
What is Elravie Premier Ultra Volume-L made of?
It is non-animal hyaluronic acid at 23 mg/mL, cross-linked with BDDE into a dense, monophasic gel, with 0.3% lidocaine added. Humedix uses its own cross-linking process, which it calls HI technology, to build a cohesive gel that keeps its shape under the skin.
Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if placement needs correcting. We stock Liporase for this.
What is Ultra Volume-L used for?
Ultra Volume-L is used to restore volume and shape the face. Common areas are the cheeks, chin, jawline, deep folds and non-surgical nose shaping. It is placed in the subcutaneous tissue, usually with a 23G needle or a 22G cannula. It is too firm for fine, superficial lines.
How long does Ultra Volume-L last?
Results are usually reported to last around 9 to 12 months. Firm gels placed deep in areas with little movement often sit at the longer end.
How should it be stored?
Store at room temperature, within the range printed on the box, and away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
