Liztox is a botulinum toxin type A made by Huons BioPharma Co., Ltd. in South Korea. This page covers the 100-unit and 200-unit vials. Each box contains one vial of freeze-dried powder to be mixed with saline before use.

Both vials hold the same toxin. Choose the size above, and ask us about trade pricing if you order in volume.

Liztox 100U or 200U — which vial should you order?

Pick the vial that matches how many units you use once it is opened. A mixed vial has a short working window, so leftover units are usually wasted.

Units per vial 100 200
Good fit for One or two upper-face areas per patient Masseter, calf or trapezius work, or several patients in one session

A full upper face often takes 40 to 64 units. Large muscles take far more, which is where the 200-unit vial saves opening a second box.

What is Liztox made of?

Liztox is purified botulinum toxin type A supplied as a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder in a clear glass vial. Like most powder toxins, it uses human serum albumin as its stabiliser.

How does Liztox work?

Liztox blocks the release of acetylcholine where nerves meet muscle. The treated muscle relaxes for a period of months, so the skin above it creases less. That is why it is used on dynamic wrinkles — lines caused by movement — and on overactive muscles such as the masseter.

How do you dilute Liztox 100U and 200U?

Reconstitute with preservative-free 0.9% sodium chloride. The 200-unit vial needs twice the saline of the 100-unit vial to reach the same strength:

Units per 0.1 mL Saline for the 100U vial Saline for the 200U vial
10 U 1.0 mL 2.0 mL
5 U 2.0 mL 4.0 mL
4 U 2.5 mL 5.0 mL
2.5 U 4.0 mL 8.0 mL

Add the saline slowly down the side of the vial and swirl gently. Do not shake — foaming can damage the toxin protein.

When do results show and how long do they last?

Most patients notice an effect within 3 to 7 days, with the full result at 1 to 2 weeks. Results usually last 3 to 4 months. Keep repeat treatments at least 3 months apart.

How should Liztox be stored?

Keep unopened vials refrigerated at 2–8 °C. After reconstitution, keep the vial in the fridge and use it within 24 hours. We ship toxins with cold packs in insulated packaging.

Liztox FAQ

Who makes Liztox?

Is Liztox 200U stronger than Liztox 100U?

No. It is the same toxin. The vial simply holds 200 units instead of 100.

How many units are in 0.1 mL?

It depends on the saline. For 4 U per 0.1 mL, add 2.5 mL to the 100U vial or 5 mL to the 200U vial.

Does Liztox contain albumin?

Yes. Human serum albumin is used as the stabiliser.

What is in the box?

One vial of freeze-dried powder in the size you choose. Saline is not included.

Can I order Liztox wholesale?
