Replengen Fine, Deep or Volume — which one do you need?

Choose by depth. The softer the gel, the closer to the surface it goes. Replengen Volume is the firmest option.

For body work, Replengen also comes as 10 mL syringes: Replengen 20 and Replengen 40.

What is Replengen Volume made of?

Replengen Volume is cross-linked, non-animal hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine (3 mg/mL). Reanzen names two process steps. HAMC (Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Correction) is described as raising the cross-linking rate so the gel breaks down more slowly. GI (Grinding Irregular) cuts the gel into fine, even particles so it flows smoothly through the needle.

The lidocaine in the gel eases discomfort during injection. For sensitive areas, many clinics also apply a numbing cream first.

What does Replengen Volume treat?

Replengen Volume is the firm gel made to lift and shape. It is used for deep wrinkles, volume in the cheeks and contour work on the chin and jawline. The maker's data sheet gives its gel firmness as 260–300 Pa, the highest of the three. It is too firm for superficial lines.

How is Replengen Volume used?

Replengen Volume is placed deep — in the deep dermis or under the skin — with the 25G needles supplied. Inject slowly and in small amounts. Because the gel is hyaluronic acid, placement can be corrected with hyaluronidase such as Liporase.

How long does Replengen Volume last?

Supplier data sheets for the Replengen facial gels cite about 6 to 12 months. Some distributors quote longer for the firmer gels, but we have not confirmed that with the manufacturer. The real figure depends on the area, the amount used and the patient.

How should Replengen Volume be stored?

Store Replengen Volume between 2 and 25 °C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Shelf life is 24 months from manufacture — check the date on the box.
