Hyafilia ME:DAM Light is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler from CHA Meditech Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Each pack holds one 1 mL pre-filled syringe of 20 mg/mL HA gel. It is the softest gel in the ME:DAM range, made for fine lines, lip contour and other delicate areas.

What is Hyafilia ME:DAM Light made of?
ME:DAM Light is non-animal hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL, cross-linked into a soft, elastic gel. CHA Meditech makes its Hyafilia gels with a low-temperature cross-linking process it calls L.T.S.R. (Low Temperature Stabilization Reaction).
Check the box for lidocaine content before you plan anaesthesia. Many clinics apply a topical numbing cream first in any case.
Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if placement needs correcting. We stock Liporase for this.
What is ME:DAM Light used for?
ME:DAM Light is used for fine, shallow lines. Common areas are crow's feet, lines around the mouth, fine forehead lines, the lip contour and the tear trough. Some clinics also use it for fine neck lines. It is placed in the superficial to mid dermis with a fine needle.
The tear trough is an advanced treatment. Use small volumes and place the gel deep.
How long does Hyafilia ME:DAM Light last?
Results are commonly reported to last around 6 to 9 months. Soft gels in areas that move a lot sit at the shorter end.
How should it be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, within the temperature range printed on the box. Do not freeze.
