HyalDew Mid without Lidocaine is non-animal hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL, with no lidocaine added. The HA comes from biofermentation. Supplier information describes a multi-staged cross-linking (MCL) process that gives a microbead gel with high cohesivity, so the gel moulds well and stays where it is placed.
Because the gel is hyaluronic acid, it can be broken down with hyaluronidase if placement needs correcting. We stock Liporase for this.
