What is Revofil made of?
All three types contain hyaluronic acid at 23 mg/mL. Revofil Fine also combines the HA with peptides, which the maker says supports the stability of the gel.
The product information does not list lidocaine for any of the three types. Plan a topical numbing cream or local anaesthesia where the patient needs it.
What does each Revofil type treat?
Revofil Fine
Fine goes into the superficial dermis with a fine needle. Use it for surface lines on the forehead, around the eyes and along the smile lines. It is also used for wrinkles on the hands.
Revofil Plus
Plus is the multi-purpose gel for the mid to deep dermis. It fills nasolabial folds, marionette lines and wrinkles around the nose, and adds volume to lips and cheeks.
Revofil Ultra
Ultra is the volumising gel. Use it for cheeks and cheekbones, the chin and jawline, the nose bridge and fuller lips.
Can Revofil be dissolved?
Yes. Revofil is hyaluronic acid, so hyaluronidase breaks it down if you need to correct placement. We stock Liporase and Hyalase.

Store it as printed on the box, away from direct sunlight, and do not freeze. Check the seal before use. Each syringe is for one patient only.
