Soonsu Shining Peel

Soonsu Shining Peel is a two-phase (biphasic) professional chemical peel from South Korea with 35% trichloroacetic acid (TCA). Each box holds 5 vials of 6 mL. A water phase carries the acids, vitamins and amino acids, and an oil phase with squalane protects the actives from oxidation and leaves a moisture film on the skin.

What is Soonsu Shining Peel made of?

Soonsu Shining Peel combines TCA 35% with three families of milder acids and a set of skin-conditioning ingredients.

• Acids: trichloroacetic acid 35%, glycolic acid (AHA), salicylic acid (BHA) and lactobionic acid (PHA).
• Vitamins: vitamin B12, vitamin C and retinol.
• Amino acids and peptides: arginine, proline, glycine and three peptides.
• Oil phase: squalane.

How is Soonsu Shining Peel used?

The peel is applied to the skin surface, massaged in and then removed, following the instructions in the box. In general:

1. Cleanse and degrease the skin.
2. Shake the vial until the oil and water layers blend evenly.
3. Wearing gloves, apply a thin layer and massage it in.
4. Leave it on for the contact time stated in the instructions, then rinse.
5. Finish with a moisturiser such as Soonsu Aqua Cream and sun protection.

Besides the face, it can be used on the neck, décolleté, hands, elbows and other body areas with rough or uneven skin.

How many sessions are needed?

A course is usually 4 to 6 sessions, 7 to 12 days apart. Visible change is typically reported after the third session. Results vary with skin type and aftercare.

Soonsu Shining Peel vs Bienpeel — what is the difference?

Both are Korean two-phase TCA 35% peels in 5 × 6 mL boxes. They differ in the supporting formula.

Because Soonsu Shining Peel contains retinol, it is not a choice for pregnant or breastfeeding clients.

How should Soonsu Shining Peel be stored?

Store vials upright and closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The expiry date is printed on the box.
