Chaeum Premium 1 is the softest gel in the Chaeum Premium range of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers from Hugel, South Korea. Each box holds two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes with lidocaine and four 30G needles. It is made for fine lines in thin skin, such as forehead lines and lines around the eyes.

What is Chaeum Premium 1 made of?
Chaeum Premium 1 is cross-linked hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine. The HA is non-animal and cross-linked with BDDE into a smooth, monophasic gel. The HA concentration is printed on the box.
Hugel cross-links the gel slowly at low temperature and then purifies it by long dialysis. This is designed to give an even gel with low leftover BDDE and low endotoxin.
What is Chaeum Premium 1 used for?
It is used for fine, shallow lines where a firm gel would show through the skin. Typical areas are:
- Fine forehead lines
- Lines around the eyes (crow's feet)
- Fine lines around the mouth
For lip volume or deeper folds, step up to Chaeum Premium 2 or 3.
How is Chaeum Premium 1 injected?
It is placed in the superficial to mid dermis with the 30G needle supplied. Use small amounts and slow, even pressure. A soft gel placed too deep gives little lift, so keep it shallow. Follow the instructions for use in the box.
How long does Chaeum Premium 1 last?
Soft gels in fine lines usually last several months. Results depend on the area, the volume used and the patient. Deeper gels in the range hold longer.
