Cutegel Max is a firm hyaluronic acid (HA) filler made by BNC Korea in South Korea. Each box holds one 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe of 20 mg/mL cross-linked HA with a large particle size of about 1,000 µm. It is made for deep placement to shape the nose, chin and forehead.

What is Cutegel Max made of?
Cutegel Max is non-animal hyaluronic acid cross-linked with BDDE into a dense gel at 20 mg/mL. BNC Korea makes it with and without lidocaine. The lidocaine version (model CL-Max) contains 0.3% lidocaine to ease injection discomfort. Check the box label to see which version you hold.

What is Cutegel Max used for?
Cutegel Max is used to add structure and projection. Typical areas are the nose, chin and forehead, plus deep folds that softer gels cannot lift. It is too firm for fine, shallow lines; use Cutegel S for those.
How is Cutegel Max injected?
Cutegel Max is placed in the subcutaneous layer or deeper. Clinicians usually inject small boluses or slow retrograde threads, after aspirating. The clinician decides the volume for each patient.
How long does Cutegel Max last?
Distributors report 12 months or more. Results vary with the area, the amount used and the patient. Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase such as Liporase.
How should Cutegel Max be stored?
Store at room temperature, away from sunlight, and do not freeze. Follow the temperature range and expiry date printed on the box.
