Glamour Hard is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler made in South Korea. Each box holds one 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe of 20 mg/mL HA gel with 0.3% lidocaine. It is the firmest of the three Glamour gels, made for shaping the nose, chin and cheeks.

Glamour Hard is for structure, not for surface lines. Placed too close to the surface, a firm gel can be felt or seen.
What is Glamour Hard made of?
Glamour Hard is hyaluronic acid at 20 mg/mL, cross-linked into a dense gel, with 0.3% lidocaine to ease injection. The three Glamour gels share the same HA concentration. What changes is how tightly the gel is cross-linked, which sets how firm it feels and how well it holds a shape.
Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if placement needs correcting. We stock Liporase and Hyalase for this.
What is Glamour Hard used for?
Glamour Hard is used for contouring. Common areas are the nasal bridge and tip, chin projection, jawline definition and cheek volume. It can also support very deep folds when placed deep. It goes into the subcutaneous layer or on bone, with a 25G needle or a blunt cannula.
How long does Glamour Hard last?
How long it lasts depends on the area, the volume placed and the patient. Firm HA gels placed deep in areas with little movement generally last longer than soft gels near the surface. Plan a review rather than promising a fixed number of months.
How should Glamour Hard be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, within the temperature range printed on the box. Do not freeze.
