Muchcaine Cream 500 g is a Korean topical anaesthetic with 10.56% lidocaine, supplied in a 500 g clinic jar. It numbs intact skin before injections, fillers, lasers, microneedling, waxing and tattoo or PMU work. The jar is sized for clinics that numb several patients a day.

What is Muchcaine Cream made of?
- Lidocaine 10.56% — 105.6 mg in every gram.
- Benzalkonium chloride 0.2 mg per gram, as a preservative.
- Cream base — soft, white to pale yellow, easy to spread and to wipe off.

How long before a procedure should you apply Muchcaine?
Apply it 15–30 minutes before lasers and injections. Numbing usually starts at around 15 minutes. Tattooing and other long sessions often need 30–60 minutes. Skin thickness and sensitivity vary, so check the area before you start.
How do you apply and remove Muchcaine Cream?
- Cleanse the area and pat it dry.
- Apply a thick, even layer to intact skin. Do not rub it in.
- For small areas, cover with cling film to speed up numbing.
- When the time is up, remove the film and wipe off all the cream with gauze.
- Disinfect the skin fully before you start the procedure.
Is Muchcaine Cream safe on large areas?
Use it with care on large areas. Lidocaine passes through the skin into the blood. A strong cream spread over a wide area, left on too long or wrapped tightly can raise blood levels. Treat one area at a time, keep to the contact time and never apply it to broken or inflamed skin. Stop and remove the cream if the patient reports dizziness, tingling around the mouth or ringing in the ears.
