Youthfill is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler made by RFBio Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Each box holds one 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe with 24 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine. It comes in three gel strengths — Fine + Lidocaine, Deep + Lidocaine and Shape + Lidocaine — so you choose by how deep you inject.

What is Youthfill made of?
Youthfill is purified, cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine. The concentration is the same in all three types. What changes is the cross-linking, which sets how firm the gel is and how well it holds its shape.
Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you need to correct placement. We stock Liporase and Hyalase for this.
What does each Youthfill type treat?
Youthfill Fine + Lidocaine
Fine is the soft gel for thin skin. Use it for fine lines, crow's feet and forehead lines, and for careful work on lip shape and the lip border.
Youthfill Deep + Lidocaine
Deep is the general fold filler. It treats nasolabial folds and marionette lines and adds volume to the lips.
Youthfill Shape + Lidocaine
Shape is the firmest gel, made to lift and contour. Place it deep for cheek volume, chin and jawline shaping and nose contour. It is too firm for superficial lines.
How long does Youthfill last?
Supplier information cites results of up to about 12 months. The real figure depends on the type, the area, the volume and the patient.
How should Youthfill be stored?
Store between 1 and 30 °C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Shelf life is 24 months from manufacture — check the date on the box.
