Rejuran I is a polynucleotide (PN) skin booster for the eye area, made by PharmaResearch in South Korea. Each box holds one 1 mL pre-filled syringe of 1% PN from salmon DNA. Clinics use it on the thin skin under and around the eyes for fine lines, crepey texture and a tired look.

What is Rejuran I made of?
Rejuran I contains polynucleotide at 1% (10 mg per mL) and nothing else active. There is no hyaluronic acid and no lidocaine. The lower strength and lower viscosity are what make it suitable for eyelid and under-eye skin.

What does Rejuran I treat?
Rejuran I is used for fine lines under the eyes, crow's feet and thin, crepey eyelid skin. By making the skin slightly denser, it can also make dark circles caused by thin skin look less obvious. It does not fill a hollow tear trough. That needs a soft dermal filler and a different technique.
How is Rejuran I used?
It is injected very superficially into the dermis in tiny droplets with a fine needle. Supplier listings describe four sessions, two weeks apart, then maintenance about every six months. Small bumps are normal and usually settle within one to two days.
The skin here bruises easily, so slow injection and small amounts per point matter. The treating clinician sets the plan.
When do results show?
Changes are gradual. Supplier information reports visible improvement around four weeks after injection, building across the course.
